I have a cigarette case with what appears as W&C as the makers mark. I can't find any silversmith that matches that. The case's hallmark identifies it as an 1845 Birmingham. Can anyone help with the W&C initials? Unless, that is a dot between the letters and not an &.. The actual halmark...
