Unknown maker and Year.. Help Please
Could you help me identify the maker. It has S.C star I.C. I do not know the year as I cannot decifer the S. It has the lion with crown and the lion. Also it has writing No 37 20" 13. Sorry if I am doing anything wrong this is my first time.. If you click on the picture it gets bigger..Thanks h...
