I've never seen this mark before but I assuming it's pre 1928 due to the fact there is no date letter. I am looking for help in dating this piece and could someone tell me what it is. It looks like a trophy cup but there's no engraving. If you have trouble reading the mark, it reads "Manufactur...

It looks like a letter "C" over a letter "S" , or maybe the other way, with a # "2" to the top right of the "S" at an 90 degree angle. That's what I get from it.
