I saw that sword mark for Watson and thought this one might be one of theirs too, but was not sure. I've noticed there are other companies that use similar marks to each other, so is there anywhere that confirms that this is a Watson mark?

Hi. I need help identifying the mark on this cruet set. It looks like a wreath with a candle in the middle. The piece is also marked Sterling and 4355.
