I think I got it. This should be: Jezler & Cie AG. - Schaffhausen (Switzerland)

Thank you for your reply. I have seen now more examples of these mirrors. These are made as a part of the Bride's trousseau collected by the Bride for her Wedding Day. A common "gift" in Turkey.
