Not sure of this Alvin pattern - possibly Majestic

This pattern is close to Alvin's Majestic, but the flower about 2" down from the end doesn't match so I'm stumped.

Anyone know for sure what pattern this is? Thank you so much.

Turner shows it as a variation of Majestic.

Very interesting, Cheryl. Do you know if it's common to find variations of the basic patterns? Would this be a newer version or older . . . . or can you tell. Thanks so much for your help.

Noel Turner's 1972 book American Silver Flatware 1837-1910, basically limits content to pieces from those years, your variation happened to be illustrated, but there might have been others in Majestic. Many patterns were considered multi-motif; Gorham's Versailles, Tiffany's Audubon, and Towle's Arlington are three that come to mind with several variations, but there are lots of other patterns with variations.
