Sterling Souvenir Spoon Maybe Charles M Robbins?

I have a California Sterling Souvenir spoon. It is clearly marked Sterling, but the hallmark is quite small and I am having difficulty getting a good picture of it. It is in the shape of a diamond with characters smooshed together. They look like EK or ER. I have searched the databases and cannot find one just like it. The closest I could come is the Charles M. Robbins. But this hallmark just isn't like the ones in the database. It could be a C with a sideways M and then an R but I am just not sure.
Can anyone confirm that? Or maybe it is some other maker entirely.

I believe that mark was used by Bates & Klinke, Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Founded in 1919 by Harold Bates and Oscar F. Klinke. I think they are still in business today.
They made a lot of souvenir spoons in addition to jewelry.
