Enamel belt / taxco / church or building hallmark

I’m not sure if this is a hallmark of a specific designer or just a design flourish.
It’s marked taxco/925 but also features a design of an ornate building of church with a stylized “taxco” below it.
Any info about the design of maker would be appreciated!
