Based on your text only. Your pictures are useless! Please buy a magnifier and use it next time. Thank you in advance.
Anyway, AM most likely be a Finn i.e. Adam Andreas Markula also known as Markulin born 1828 and active in St. Petersburg 1850-1874.

Thanks Kurt for your answers on my 4 posts. I cannot do better photos because I did not buy the spoons yet. First I wanted to know what they are.
I understand that they are not a collector's item, exept perhaps the spoon with the "mixed brand".

Hi.
Spoons with the coat of arms of St. Petersburg. Early 19th century. Assayer Alexander Yashinkov. (А.Я).
The top spoon is probably the mark of the master "С.М". Maybe Stepan Morozov or Semyon Mikhailov. If it's Latin, then someone else.
