There is a paper tag on this that says its Russian, but I'm not sure

I could use some help identifying a small silver & lapis box I have. It measures about 3” x 2” x 0.5” and has an old typed paper tag in the box that says:"Russian lapis encased in sterling with a gold wash interior, 1909"

I’ve been trying to figure out the hallmarks to confirm the date and origin, but I’m going in circles! If anyone has experience with Russian hallmarks, I’d love your thoughts. I'm honestly not sure if the tag stating it's Russian is correct. I can't find any marks that match.

Stamps:
JW (makers mark) Jacob Wiberg? Thats the only Russian maker I can find that might match, but it looks too crisp
Oval frame with 2 letters in it - I can't make these out even with my loupe
Oval frame with a lowercase d (I am assuming that this is the year, but I can't find a match)
Oval frame with a pound sign & maybe an R?
Crown inside a circle in a square frame
935

The 3 marks after JW are a Glasgow import hallmark with the date letter "d" for 1926/27. JW is the mark of the importing company, James Weir Ltd of Buchanan Street, Glasgow.

The mark left to the crown mark looks like the LK mark of Louis Kuppenheim from Pforzheim, who made boxes like this and the purity 935 points to the thirties.
