Very Odd Marks On A French Silver Tumbler...

At least I assume it is French since it is in France.

Odd, indeed, since the marks are Finnish. Well, technically Swedish, as Finland was one of the three Swedish kingdoms of the 18th century; the center mark is the Swedish state three-crown mark, colloquially known as the "cat's paw" (because of the resemblance) and still used in Sweden today. (Finland - which was ceded by Sweden in 1809 - has used a single crown since that time.)
The crowned "A" is the city mark of the Finnish city of Turku (from its Swedish name Ã…bo, the crown because it was the capital of Finland until the 1809 cesecession) and the other "A" is the date letter for 1759. "DANIEL HALL" is the maker's mark of (surprise, surprise) Daniel Hall, working in Turku 1732-1779.
