Need help with sterling bon bon scoop

Bought this in a group of bon bon scoops. The mark seems like Fisher's mark, but more compact. I think they only make holloware though. Its either an "S" or "F" with a crown. Anyone recognize the mark? I thought I knew the mark when I bought it, but upon further research, its not one that I've come across.
