I am trying to ID the make of a six piece set coffee or tea service they are all solid silver. Makers marks are from left to right a crowned winged lion with raised front paw and tail curled up, next looks like a globe with a skirted stand and a lampshade on top of it the third is a basket with an arm and hammer comming out of center of the basket. The bottom also has the letters BSCEP and N.S. marked in it. Can you help please!

This is a mark you don't see very often. One of several marks used by the Barbour Silver Company, Hartford, Connecticut. Founded in 1892. In 1898 they were one of the original companies that merged to form the International Silver Company. International Silver continued to use many of the old companies marks into the 1920's. I'm not sure how long they used this mark.

Your set is silverplated nickel silver (which contains no real silver). BSCEP = Barbour Silver Co. ElectroPlate, N.S. = Nickel Silver.
