i came across an old silver/gold embossed painting of St. Panteleimon. it is a painted wooden piece with a porcelain, gold, and silver overlay. super pretty. i cant tell who made it or when, but i am guessing old. here are some links to it:

Not Russian and probably not even silver and not hand painted; the picture of the saint OVERLAPS the ``oklad``. Take jeweler`s loupe and inspect carefully the picture; if printed you should see very tiny dots although commercial printing has been improved lately.
Most probably Greek.
