22 August 1771 Thomas Burrough of the Devizes Wilts Bookbinder paid apprenticed indenture duty for James Fellows.

Mark believed to be that of Thomas Burough of Devizes . On a caste pierced pair of sugar tongs. A similar mark also seen on a pair of sugar nips.
