Russian or Greek Silver Hallmark Unknown?

Hi All

I enclose the following hallmark of solid silver or silver plated cup for you to take a look at.
I am unsure if it is just silver plate and with the makers mark only hallmarked?
Is this Russian and if so what period?

Hi
It's made from cupro nickel, not silver, not plated.
