I thought it was "Панкратьев Егор Григорьевич, владелец маÑтерÑкой, 1898 - 1908 гг." but this is dated 1895 seems 3 years difference is a bit much.
Is it another maker or are the makers dates wrong?

Yegor Pankratjev is a pain in the ass. Use the search function with "Pankratjev" and you will find a lot of information regarding him and his work. Hence you have Postnikova also look at #1261. I think your ladle is a work of Pankratjev.

Aaah, forgot to mention that the assayer is Aleksandr Timofejevich Scheviakov in St P. 1890-1913. You can correct your Postnikova #1192
