Maker's Mark DM - Scottish Provincial?

Hi everyone,

Just wondering on people's thoughts on these spoons.

I know there are a couple of Scottish Provincial makers' using DM, but I couldn't find any examples (I seem to have misplaced my Scottish Provinical Book). The initials on the back of the spoon made me wonder whether they might be European?
