He married Maryan Corcus (or Cerous) at St Leonard, Shoreditch in 1713.
Their sons David and Stephen were christened at St Ann, Blackfriars in 1718 and 1719 respectively.
He entered a mark in 1728 at Goldsmiths’ Hall as a case maker from Water Lane, Blackfriars.
His son Stephen signed to be the apprentice of John Roscoe of the Paint-Stainers Company in 1734.
The Will Solomon Larrat, watch case maker late of St Andrew by the Wardrobe parish, was proved for probate in 1734. He left his entire estate to his wife
