help identify makers on this set of spoons

just need help with the maker of this spoon allthough all but 1 of these spoons have the same makers mark and the same year and just 1 spoon has a different mark and date
Image i know the one spoon is A J Bailey or A J Bailey & Son
Everest Works, Tenby Street North, Birmingham
Birmingham 1918 hallmark
just not sure of the other ones. and anyone know why one would be different? would it have been a replacement? anyone know anything about the set/case?

D&H are Deykin & Harrison of Jennens Row, Birmingham. The pattern is a standard one which would have been in production by several of the manufacturing silversmiths operating in Birmingham. Maybe the company putting the sets together (who would not necessarily have been either Bailey or D&H) changed its supplier. We can only speculate...
