He was christened at St Botolph, Aldersgate in 1743 the son of Isaac a coach master and his wife Sibell (sic).
He was apprenticed to Southern Payne (Grimwade p.348) of the Clockmakers Company in 1758 and free in 1766.
He entered a mark at Goldsmiths’ Hall in 1769 from Goswell Street probably as a watch case maker.
No further information has been found for him.
