SLEAMAKER, Daniel (Grimwade p.660)

Post by MCB »

As Daniel Slaymaker he was assessed to Land Tax on property in St Swithin’s Lane until 1708. His neighbour was Francis Gawthorne (Garthorne; Grimwade p.520). A new tenant was assessed on the property in 1709.
He was listed in London Poll Books as Daniel Slaymaker, a freeman of the Goldsmiths Company, in 1710 but as Daniel Sleamaker resident in Rugby, Warwickshire in 1727 and resident at “Lord Craven’s” in 1750.

Daniel Sleamaker's 29 June 1675 baptism is recorded in Warwickshire at the Binley Parish. His parents were Thomas and Mary.
