Need help with the maker 5

spoon from Riga with unknown maker. Who could it be?

Riga and no doubts about that but what are the maker's initials?

BE or ВГ. or ?

I'm only guessing now...

BE could be Benjamins Eliasstams. His mark is not known but the initials and working period match.

ВГ. could be Werner Glasenapp. His mark is not known but the initials and working period match.

But as I said, I'm only "guessing"......

Yes, Herman Wilhelm was born 1876 in Valmiera. He marked HG. I have a soot mark of his mark.
However, Werner Glasenapp was born 1904 in Liepaja/Libau. Maybe he was Hermans son? Anyway, he studied in Dresden's academy of art then he returned to Latvia in 1926 and joined the guild and worked to about 1970.
