He was born in 1753.
As a bachelor of St James parish, Westminster he married a spinster Harriett Charmasson of St George parish, Hanover Square at St James, Westminster in 1775.
Their daughters Harriett in 1776, Sarah Elizabeth in 1778, Margaret in 1780 and Maria in 1782 were christened in Westminster.The website being used for research does not mention which church.
His father’s will was granted probate in 1795 and left a third share of his estate to his sons William and Joseph but the other third to the daughters of Thomas and the deceased Harriett.
