Indentures were signed in 1709 by Edmund King (Grimwade p.571) and in 1713 by George Morland (Grimwade p.600) to be his apprentices.
Last mentioned by Grimwade in 1716 William Fish also appears in the 1722 and 1727 Poll Books as a goldsmith, the latter showing his address as Well Close Square.

9 May 1706 William Fish free in the Company of Goldsmiths by redemption. The details of the date and the type of freedom which differ from Grimwade are nearly inconsequential and merely for the sake of accuracy. The earlier date may be when the document was initially written and the later date the was for the swearing and actual admission, but it was definitely freedom by redemption.
