Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Possibly one of the marks used by Luen Hing of Shanghai.

Yes, it's Luen Hing, one of an important Chinese trade silver companies founded by Guangdong merchants in Shanghai (like Luen Wo, Zee Wo, Zee Sung, Yok Sung, etc). Possibly c1875-c1930 at No.231 Sichuan Road. "鄭鏜" (Zheng Tang) should be the name of the silversmith or his firm.
