Apprentice duties were paid in 1775 for James Short by a Samuel Peacock, jeweller of St Sepulchre.
There are christening records for three children of Samuel and Sarah Peacock 1785-94 at St Augustine, Watling Street.
There are trade directory entries in 1790 for Samuel Peacock jeweller of 30 Old Exchange.
There is a burial record in 1828 at St Augustine, Watling Street for Samuel Peacock of St Sepulchre aged about 74 years.

The Will of Samuel Peacock, jeweller late of St Sepulchre, was proved for probate on 11th March 1828 (National Archives reference PROB 11/1738/135).
