I believe Mike has located the Menefy referred to by Grimwade in Andover, but just to add a couple more records:

From allegations of marriage licenses in Hampshire in the Registry of the Bishop of Winchester, Richard Menefy bachelor of Cripplegate and Mary Wagland spinster of Ellisfield both at least 21 years of age, 27 November 1789.

Two of Richard and Mary Menefy's children, Richard and Elizabeth were both christened in Andover on 8 January 1796.
