Well I found the two missing census's. Because of the indexing, not as easily as it should have been.

1851 indexed as Benjaman Tompeth silversmith 4 Warners Row Shoreditch.

1861 indexed as Benjm C Tempert silver spoon maker 44 Ironmonger Row St Luke. (It doesn't seem like the slight spelling misinterpretation should have made it that difficult to find, but it did.)
