Spider teastrainer. Help with marks please

Tea strainer having three long legs each ending in a paw foot with claws, a black wooden turned handle and a prettily pierced square bowl measuring 1.1/2" high X 2.1/4" wide X 2.1/4" deep.There is a decorative ferrule joining the bowl to the handle.The weight including the very light weight handle is approximately 31 grammes. The letters Z.Z. are in a very tiny cartouche near to the handle. No other markings. No damage, no repair.
