Hi Folks! Thanks for taking the time to try and help!
This trumpet vase is silver or silver plate (not sure). It does have a mark of 3 feather plumes with a ribbon. I am trying to identify the maker of the vase and any other information the mark may hold. (silver? , age) It is 11 3/4" tall and 5" diameter at the mouth.
Thanks in advance everyone! MissSherry

Vase with 3-feathers bunch mark; maybe made in Brooklyn

Hello

Now there was again a question in »925-1000« to a similar mark of a 3-feathers bunch.

Please look here: http://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20437" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I’m not involved in the American markings — but by this range of products, which came up with a similar mark, I guess, these items are made from a producer with sounded experiences in making hollowware of several styles, and in quality the market like it as well.

So, I guess, the vase could be made by: E. G. Webster & Son, Brooklyn, NY

A confirmation for my guess is needed — maybe one of our American contributor’s makes his »thumb up«?

Kind regards silverport
