This is a tough one. It has a rectangle and the infinity sign as the makers hallmark. Couldn't figure it out. It is marked Sterling and pat'd 10. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a tough one. It has a rectangle and the infinity sign as the makers hallmark. Couldn't figure it out. It is marked Sterling and pat'd 10. Any help would be appreciated.
