Aaron Balsom signed indentures to be his apprentice in 1737.
Also in 1737 Ann the daughter of Starling and Margret (sic) Wilford of St John Street was christened at St Sepulchre, Holborn.
He was listed in a directory of 1741 as a goldsmith and jeweller of London.
He was assessed to Land Tax on property in Church Yard Alley near Fetter Lane from 1740-53. A new tenant was assessed in 1754.

12 November 1712 Starling Wilford turned over to John Ladyman London Goldsmith (Grimwade p.573, 756) for the remainder of his term. I really can't make out the script on the annex to Starling Wilford's indenture contract very well, but apparently Thomas Allen had passed away at the time of the turnover, and his Executrix consented to the action.
