Luke Schrager, in a recent article in Silver Studies No 27 of 2011 on her, indicates that she was the widow of Thomas Jackson I , not Charles Jackson as Grimwade suggests .
The article also gives details of her marriage after two years of widowhood to William Oldfield on 14 September 1750 at St Paul's Covent Garden, hence her EO mark of 19 December 1750 recorded in the largeworkers register under her prior marks as Elizabeth Jackson .
