Austrian silver fork Makers name please

Hello all, I have just come across some Austrian forks with two different makers marks hence I am asking twice to keep in with the forum 1 item per question rules.
This fork is a smaller fork 17.3cm long with the 1872-1922 Diana 800 purity mark 3 behind her head and an A for Vienna in front. To one side is what I take to be the makers mark which is the initials V.M.S.
Please can anyone identify the maker from these photos. Regards ralph
