This is a very nice bright-cut spoon, but I'm not sure of the maker or town.

I doubt if it's Scottish. The bowl looks the wrong shape and the spoon appears to be of too heavy gauge.

The spoon is a peculiar shape; not one that I recall seeing before. However, the stem is not good gauge.
