Vtg Italian 750 gold bracelet marks and maker help

Post by Marguerite_F »

I've searched far and wide trying to id these three marks on this vintage bracelet I bought a few years ago and am hoping someone here can help me.
I know the blunted diamond shape is Italian - that the 750 means it's 18k -
The two I can't figure out are the 14 VR and the building at the top each withing their own blunted diamond shape.

I'd love to know the maker of this piece and the year it was made.
It's very chunky but not solid links. I've worn it for years now and have never so much as dented any parts of the chain so it must be fairly thick to withstand all I've put it through chopping wood and working with horses.

Thanks for any and all help

I am hoping these pictures come out and aren't humungous - I have a whale of a time with online photos and use a wide screen monitor so everything looks much bigger than it actually is.

Thanks so kindly for the resource link! I forgot to add in the orig post that I knew the VR stood for Verona, so nervous about getting the photos right...
I do appreciate your time and thank you for the welcome as well.

God bless,
Marguerite

Hi Marguerite,

The maker of your bracelet was Ferdinando Trainotti.
