Navajo, Hopi, Zuni, Pueblo etc.. are all Native American tribes.
They are possibly separate stamps.
I know little about turquoise, but in the last quarter of the 20th century, a lot of imported and color treated stones were available and used in Southwestern jewelry. I don't know if yours is one of these or a natural stone from a local mine.
