NEED HELP FOR MAKER AND DATE

Hello Forum,

I have this lovely silver dip pen and I cannot trace at all who the maker can be as well as date. The hallmark is STERLING and then FTPO in a big C. Can anyone help ?

For those who are interested, managed to find that the maker is : EASTWOOD PARK CO, NEWARK, NJ active between 1909 and 1922
