Hi,
Can anyone help with this hallmark on this egg cup, I have not come across it before and I am not sure which country or if it is silver or just plated?
I have supplied the links, I hope that is ok?

It seems to be a squiggly "W" over a "D" with an "80" in a seperate part?
Thanks
Richard

Richard, please embedded your images. Are you sure it is a silver hallmark and not silver-plated mark?

Hi Richard,
Do any of the other cups show more of the marks/different parts of the marks?

Hi Trev.
No other marks, though some of them seem to have part of an extra 0 next to the zero in the "80", so I am thinking that it is meant to be "800". The "w"could be an "M". Not sure if that helps?
Thanks

Perhaps the 'D' and snake of Delheid Freres?

Hi Trev.
Yes, it could be a snake.
I have just checked out some examples online and you seem to be correct.
Thanks for the information and have a great New Year.
