This is Moscow. The assay master I.C is Ivan Saveliev (Иван Савельев), the alderman АΘП is Fyodor Petrov (Фёдор Петров)? the maker АМК is unknown.

You are wrong. IC isn't maker's mark, it is the mark of assayer. The maker's mark is AMK.

So if the silversmith AMK was active in the years 1752-1774, it cannot be stamped 1777, but 1773, as Aleks mentioned, right? :)
