Can anyone confirm if these are Mexican? Are they sterling? Could not find anything about this hallmark.

I'm coming up with a wrought-metal company ::: But interestingly there is a "Casa Tucan" hotel in Mexico as well as Costa Rica. :::

They're Brazilian ice cream/dessert cups, usually sold with matching spoons - not familiar with this company, but similar sets were made by various manufacturers (Plata Tucan = Toucan Plate).
