Hi,
Most likely J.D. Schleissner & Sons,Hanau.
Compare with s463 here:
https://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_hanau_marks_01.html
Different letters, cursive e and t but the same style.
Besides,it`s not consistent with full set of French marks.

The image of the whole item would be appreciated.

Agree, these are not French marks.

I have seen this pseudomarks sometimes before, but I do not know the maker.
