The Firm of Wood & Whitelaw, carrying on business as Manufacturing Jewellers and Engravers at Virginia Court, Virginia Street, Glasgow, has been dissolved, as of 31st January 1951, by mutual consent, by the retiral therefrom of the Subscriber, William Dunn Wood, one of the Partners.

The Business will continue to be carried on by the Subscriber, Stanley Dunn Wood on his own account and under the same name of WOOD & WHITELAW.

Stanley Dunn Wood is authorized to uplift all debts due to, and will discharge the whole debts and liabilities of the Firm.
