Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

I've embedded your images as very few people will click on links.

My best shot is:
The assaying mark for Moscow tells us that the object is made between about 1870 and 1882. The assayer's name is unfortunately a very worn/bad punch... The maker seems to be KP (Latin) and that could be Konstantin Yakolevitsh Petch who's working period was about 1835-1875.

Found this similar marking on a cup with assayers mark clearly punched. Seems to be the same maker?

Yes, most likely it is and in this case the assayer is Andrey Kovalsky 1821-1856 in Moscow. But is he the assayer on your object remains unclear.
