I would appreciate any suggestions,is this frame russian silver?

Your picture of the marks is not too good but as from what I can seen, it is Russian silver 875/1000. Your object is made in Moscow 1908-1917(26) but unfortunately the maker' mark is unclear. Please take a new sharp close-up picture of this mark only.
