This "GK" is often seen on fakes. Klingert has nothing to do with this object. In addition, the assay mark is as well a lousy fake. The assayer is supposed to be Aleksandr Romanov in Moscow. Enlarge the assay mark and look at the "P", it is lopsided and that would be impossible on a genuine mark.

Hi all -

though it looks like GK, in reality it is CK (I enclose two objects from him with the known 2 variants he marked) how Kazakow, Semen marked. Often confused with Gustav Klingert - particularly by dealers or auction houses (price!!).
