Hi all.
I have these rather nice Polish forks. I can tell due to the head position and the the letter W that they are from Warsaw after 1963 and are 80% silver.
Does any one know who made them? Any history is appreciated. Thank you

I doubt anyone has been offended. Nobody who has read your post knows. Oddly enough, sometimes the more modern a mark is, the harder it is to identify. be patient but also bear in mind that it may never be identified here and you might have to do some deeper research on your own.

I think it is the mark of Hefra, a merger of Henneberg and Fraget, producing plated articles.

I should have said "mostly plated articles". Here it actually is solid silver.
