Need help with marks

I have done an exhausted search and cannot find information on the town and maker marks under any of the resources available and need HELP! This appears to be a town and marker mark; however, I cannot find this under any of the categories. Any help would be truly appreciated! :)

It is only necessary to post one query in a likely category and we moderators can move it as and when necessary. What I can say is that the marks do not appear to be British so I suggest that for now we leave your query here under European Silver - Other Countries.
