The mark on the left side is the Diana head, made in Austria 1872 - 1922. No assay office.

It's impossible. (if not fake marks)
If there is no assay office mark in the hallmark, it's from 1867-1872. But between 1872-1922(37) always was assay office mark in the hallmark.
So check it again.
It's important, because if we try to identify the maker, we have to know, where he worked.

I'm sorry this is not in my hands it belongs to a friend far away from me and these are the best photos I could get.
